Guy M. Gravett, Principal Broker (ext. 101) Guy M. Gravett has been a realtor specializing in land transactions since 1986. He became Principal Broker in 2004 after purchasing Farms and Acreage, Inc. from his mentor, Verlin W. Smith, who was an active realtor for over fifty years. Over the years, Guy has worked as a Buyer Broker on acquisitions such as Trinity Center, Lorton Marketplace and Villages of Leesburg. He has assembled large tracts under multiple ownership such as Piedmont, South Market, Harbor Station and Chantilly Green. Guy’s work as a Seller’s Broker has included helping to create and implement a disposition strategy for such high profile projects as Moorefield Station and Arrowbrook Centre.
Paul T. Ebert, Associate Broker (ext. 102) Paul “Pete” Ebert started his real estate career in 1991 as Land Acquisitions Director for Gateway Partnerships and joined Farms and Acreage, Inc. in 2004. Upon receiving his license in real estate, Pete sold and acquired large land tracts for commercial, industrial and residential investors. Pete has served on various governmental boards and commissions for Prince William County, Virginia that focused on parks and land use projects.
